As a Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
Managing email inboxes and scheduling appointments
Handling administrative tasks (data entry, document preparation, research)
Coordinating calendars, meetings, and communications
Supporting project management tools and workflow systems
Providing excellent client or internal team support
We’re seeking candidates who:
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Are highly organized and able to manage priorities independently
Are proficient with common online tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Trello/Asana)
Can work reliably in a remote setup with a stable internet connection
Bring a positive, solution-focused attitude to each task
BONUS INTEL: resourcefulness, composure under pressure, and the ability to explain tech without jargon are highly valued skills.
